Ada 2 Opsi Kain dari kami full atau kain bisa dari customer. Jika kain dari Customer wajib kirimkan kain dulu ke perusahaan kami setelah kami terima kainnya kami akan konfirmasi lewat chat untuk proses ordernya.

Tata Cara :

1. Wajib CHAT ADMIN  WA 081120007867 untuk pemesanan dan kirimkan file desin ready to print (ukuran aktual) setelah itu wajib chat admin untuk info pemesanannya supaya tidak terlewat dan kirim file ke email : regency.estore@gmail.com

2. HANYA TERIMA FILE YANG SUDAH JADI ATAU SIAP PRINT.

File wajib dikirim dalam bentuk PSD/TIFF/JPG lewat Email,

Resolusi Wajib minimal : 300 dpi

Desain Seamless Repeat (Repeat Full Motif Tidak Terputus)

Color profile : RGB

Ada toleransi warna 97-98% antara file sama hasil nanti, dan ada susut ada 1-2% dari file.

4. BAHAN UNTUK PRINT SUBLIM KAIN HANYA BISA BAHAN POLYESTER.

Sublimation Fabric Printing Service

We offer two fabric options: you may use fabric provided by us, or you may supply your own fabric. If you choose to provide your own fabric, it must first be sent to our company. Once we receive the fabric, we will confirm via chat before proceeding with the order.

Ordering Procedure:

1. Please contact our admin via WhatsApp at +62 8112000-7867 to place an order and send your ready-to-print design file (actual size). After sending the file, you must confirm your order with the admin to ensure it is not missed.
   Please also send the file via email to: regency.estore@gmail.com

2. We ONLY accept files that are fully finalized and ready for printing.

   File requirements:

   • File format: PSD / TIFF / JPG

   • Minimum resolution: 300 dpi

   • Design must be seamless repeat (full repeat pattern without breaks)

   • Color profile: RGB

   Please note:

   • There may be a 97–98% color similarity between the design file and the final printed result.

   • Fabric shrinkage of approximately 1–2% may occur compared to the original file size.

3. This product is Pre-Order with a maximum processing time of 7 days.

4. Sublimation printing on fabric can only be applied to polyester materials.
